Pride of Burgundy

Although currently out of service, she usually carries 1,420 passengers and 530 cars, the Pride of Burgundy is actually one of our smallest ships.

She’s no less hard working though, having sailed on the Dover to Calais route since 1993.

Despite the Pride of Burgundy’s size, she had a very proud moment in 2010 when she was chartered to Ramsgate in east Kent to host the official opening of the Thanet Wind Farm.

The Pride of Burgundy took news crews, wind farm employees, their families and VIPs right out to sea to view the wind turbines up close. But being the hard worker she is, she was back in service the next day.
