The Brasserie

Make your journey special with an a la carte dining experience in The Brasserie restaurant when you get the ferry to Holland with us. Relax with a glass of chilled Chablis or fruity Malbec, and soak up the sea views from the comfort of our dining room as our waiters serve you at your table.

Our new Brasserie menus* have a great choice that cater for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options. For dinner, indulge in a creative dish like our mouth-watering Budha Bowls, or something fresh from the grill, like our succulent steaks.

We’re proud to work with Masters of Wine

The main supplier of the delicious wines we serve on board works directly with a Master of Wine, one of only 366 in the world! Conal Gregory is an International Wine Consultant and Master of Wine, a qualification held by fewer than there are astronauts in the world. He is in demand as an expert judge and blender. For over 15 years he was Panel Chairman of the International Wine Challenge (where companies from 60 countries compete for bronze, silver and gold awards) and formerly Chairman of The International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Menu Favourites

Our menu offers something for all tastes and appetites including some menu favourites; a 7oz steak with a portobello mushroom, grilled tomato, and skin-on fries, confit duck leg - made with the finest ingredients to an authentic recipe, or for our vegetarian guests: a rich wild mushroom spelt risotto.

We have an extensive wine list to choose from, various spirits, beers, lagers and ciders, soft drinks and juices and of course Starbucks coffee. Enjoy whatever drink you fancy in the luxury and comfort of The Brasserie restaurant on board.

Children’s Menu Available

The Brasserie is a great choice for the whole family with our children’s menu, containing classic dishes such as a beef burger, pizza, or pasta dishes. The children’s menu is designed for those up to the age of seven.
